Returns & Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Brunswick Reserve purchase.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.

Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are final sale:

• Limited edition releases
• Used accessories
• Clearance items
• Custom or personalized products

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
